New Year's Eve Street Party Recap

Wow, what an amazing event! Thank you to all who came out for what was by far Orlando's biggest NYE party. Thousands of guests gathered to watch the tradition of the Orange Drop along with our fireworks show. Church Street Bars wishes you and yours a very safe and prosperous 2012.

The Tradition of Church Street

Church Street Entertainment closed Church St. to traffic for one of the legendary street parties for the first time on New Year’s Eve of 1999. Since then, Orlando has grown accustom to our HUGE street parties on Church Street for major holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve and New Years Eve. Sometimes the party is just so big it spills out into the street, so we have to be ready for it.

If you're on vacation - keep in mind that you haven't seen "Orlando" until you make it to Church Street. Get away from the tourist traps and theme parks. You need to get downtown and see the REAL Orlando. Come on down and rub elbows with the locals - we guarantee you'll meet a friendly face and strike up some conversation. Downtown Orlando is safe, fun and caters to the 21 and up crowd. It doesn't hurt that downtown Orlando is known for it's ridiculously good looking party people - they don't call it "The City Beautiful" for nothing.
